6 hour wait to get seen . Absolutely disgraceful. We could have been seen within an hour so more serious cases can get deat with properly. But people are just expected to sit and wait. So many people got fed up and left waiting for their turn. Self diagnosis and treatment is becoming common.

Took son to have surgery ward 12, the nurses and the surgeon told us we would be first as my boy was the youngest. Then later surgeon put my son last, everyone confused, the surgeon said he wanted to do the hardest surgery last! Lost faith in this surgeon, as he was untrustworthy. The staff said it was because he wanted to do the white kid, was the oldest first.

10 hours waiting in emergency after fainting intermittently twice for 25 minutes in less than 24 hours for my friend, the staff didn't take notes because we had to explain the situation 6 times counted after call 111 and all for a blood test, urin test, and an ECG to get in a waiting list of a "fainting clinic" in some weeks.
