The worst working people at the reception.
It's been 3months ago that i bring the registration forms in for myself and my children and they just lost it. So i had to get a new one and by a suprise they've lost it again. This is the worst GP service. They just don't care about people at all. And i don't even going to talk about the calls. I think they are just sitting there and doing nothing at all. While people really need to see the doctor's there.

If I could leave a zero star rating I would!!!
the reception staff are extremely rude when speaking with patients on the phone.
Registration paperwork dropped into the practise and three week later still not inputted onto the system, just sat on a desk picking up dust surely the practise should have some sort of procedure for processing patients paperwork.

This has really put me off registering with the practise, the poor rating on top i can i understand why so many people have issues with this surgery.

Not very helpful. It takes forever to get through by phone, finally managed to speak to Marie (or Maria? Can't remember now), she said computer is frozen and will call back but never did. Got through a few days later and got an appointment for the following week at their other practice in Manningham over 3 miles away. No choice but to take it when you're in need

Worst GP Practice EVER! It’s impossible to get a hold of them. The line is always busy!!! The people who work at the reception are rude! And the doctors don’t help with anything!

The rating is not for the doctors working there. The impossible task is to get through the reception. If you need an appointment, be ready to waste at least half an hour every day for few days to get on line. I'm leaving this practice as soon as possible.
Edit: They should change the practice name to 'Line is busy'. Trying to get the appointment for over a week now, no success.

Im very disappointed.. They are not too busy in the moment.. but too busy take my phone calls.. calld now like70 times.. no yoke ... no chance that the phone rings... my daughter need to see doctor.. so I have to take her to the hospital again. Waiting there for 6 hours. Just because someone don't do there job properly.. the receptionist are always in the bad mood.. why they even work there..? they should be positive and nice... Last time I was there trying to call.. there phone even didn't ring but line was too busy... interesting.. they shoud make more phone lines .. if this is problem ... For last 8 years what I'm here minimum.. this was always the problem.. they can even close the centre because they here for nothing ...definitely not for as.!!!!!!!!

I WRITE THIS ON BEHALF OF MY DEAR FRIEND , WHO HAS BEEN LEFT SO LOW SHE FEELS SHE DOESN'T WANT TO LIVE .

This lady is elderly she rang on the advice of her doctor, the person she spoke to was so disrespectful. Refused to pass on a message to her doctor
. She flatly refused to give this to her doctor

Just said NO AND NO TO THE NEXT DAY
MY FRIEND WAS SO UPSET SHE DOESNT WANT TO CONTINUE WITH TREATMENT OR RING TO SEE HER DOCTOR,
Why is this happening why is the elderly been spoken to like this

We are told to treat the staff on reception with respect,

Can anyone help me who do I report this to
So disgusting this receptionist
Should not be answering the phone she’s using her position to speak down to vulnerable people who are too unwell to fight back .

This is my 2nd time visiting this medical Center. So far staff are friendly and helpful. Nice and clean. Large space.
