DO NOT USE: SCAM!!!!!

Ordered tests days ahead of time, paid and got confirmation. However, then no shipping information or tracking was provided days after. When asked for the proof of shipping they lied and told me "it will arrive tomorrow, DPD deliver on Sunday's up to 6pm". It's now past my day 2 deadline and still no tests. I've tried calling and no answer, they will only reply on WhatsApp and are anything but professional. They just keep telling me to wait and that my tests will arrive. When I asked for the number to speak to someone in charge they blocked me on WhatsApp so now have no way to contact them. This fake provider should not be listen on the government website! DO NOT USE!

Great service and would definitely recommend. Ive just came back from been on a stag doo were i was tasked to organise the testing for 16 people, all from different addresses. The service was very efficient and all test came within good time and results were prompt.

BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM. This 'company' pretends to offer a premium service 'same day dispatch', 'next day delivery' etc, and charges you for the privilege. It's all lies, they just take your order, pass it on to Randox for their standard service and cream the difference off the top.

Worst experience ever. Owner continuously has mislead and lied to us throughout the experience - test still not arrived after 7 days of order, refuses to provide tracking info and impossible to get in contact with! Avoid at ALL costs!!!!
