Terrible company to deal with, they sign you up, make you go through all the screening and then cancel the trial last minute. No explanation. Avoid!

Applied for a clinical trial for depression. But was turned down because I wasn't at the time suffering from severe depression. Strange because if I had severe depression at the time I wouldn't be calling to do a trial. Having had severe depression I wouldn't be getting out of bed. Clearly not actually interested in helping people. Waste of time.

Now listen! Bad reviews are not worth even reading. I have been there for 15 days and absolutely everything and everyone was amazing. I have a few options when it come to trials but will definitely choose them again and again. I just want to mention by name a few of the staff (I just don’t remember all their names)

Tosin, Charles, Jasmin, Sofia, Kate, Jess, and could never forget Trish, whose friendliness and hospitality was overwhelming. And Mike for sure who’s really professional and knows what’s he’s doing. I’m sorry I didn’t get all the names cause all belong in a 5 star review. Thank you again everyone and can’t wait to see you again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just about to finish my last night (of a 9 nights stay) and the staff here have been nothing short of amazing. They really look after you whilst you’re here and there’s enough entertainment to keep you occupied during your stay. This is my second visit and have nothing but praise for the staff here. I’ll be back soon for the next cohort (fingers crossed)!

I was told I would be called back on two occasions regarding an upcoming trial and on both of these occasions they did not call me back. And after booking a full 16 days off from work to participate in a trial, they hadn't even called me to tell me the trial wasn't happening anymore, I found out after having to call them up myself. This is extremely dissapointing considering the lengths I had to go to to get that time off and my manager will not be happy when I tell him I'll no longer be taking the holiday I requested and that he had difficulty sorting out for me. They are now saying they will call me back when another trial becomes available. If I am able to take part in the trial I was originally supposed to be in, I will delete this review and if they call me back regarding a future trial I will update it.

Terrible experience, on my most recent experience I was told on my medical that my ECG was not quite right for the trail, but I should still come in on the day of dosing anyways, gets to day of dosing and I get told my ECG is not acceptable for the trail, I'd have rather they just told me not to bother coming on the day of dosing. After I was told this, I was asked to wait another hour with a cannula in just incase they didn't dose the reserve.

I was told I would get the reserve payment of £125, but today only received £74.92 and didn't receive any travel payments.

I recently did a trial in Manchester for 2 weeks the stay was enjoyable the staff was fantastic couldn't do enough for you and it was clean and tidy Jacqui in the kitchen made sure you had enough 5 ? isn't enough for how I was made feel at Mac clinical trials Manchester
