Dr Arora is lovely, the main receptionist is the rudest and least helpful person I have ever spoken to at any Dr surgery.
There’s a girl who works a Monday who is very nice and very helpful, more often than not I wait for a Monday to come around if I need help with something.
I’m shocked at the amount of bad reviews against the same woman and they keep her on!

Just had my first visit to Great Hollands Health centre yesterday for a blood test and found the receptionist (Karen) very helpful and friendly. After the blood test Karen arranged an appointment with the doctor in a very timely manner . The nurse was great for my blood test. Generally found the clinic to be clean and tidy - in summary a good experience. Plenty of parking available just outside

Unfortunately long overdue. I can't give 0 stars. Its just joke this practice. Whenever u call its no avaliable appointment. Then if manage to go there rey do not help u. My husbend had infection they told him he is fine. He was peeing blood. We went private to cure it. Why I pay NHS I am asking? Its just useless practice. Neve helps me always issues. Other day i need prescription I was asked to put to box and wait 2 days. I came back after 5 days not ready not in system. On the end I did wait 2 weeks. My nice had test to. They was last. Same with my husbend results. This just not fair we need to pay for this .

The receptionist here is absolutely shocking! I’m surprised they allow someone like this on their front desk. I believe her name begins with an N and what an awful person to deal with over the phone and she didn’t want to help. I was trying to get hold off someone in regards to my daughters physio, we went here and she kept saying, we don’t have anyone here or by this doctors name. I thought this was very odd, considering I was there a few weeks ago and I only called to chase an appointment. I eventually had to cut the phone because some receptionist have no basic communication skills or a level of empathy to deal with patients and they shouldn’t be doing a role like this. Eventually, I emailed someone and got an appointment with the physio department at this very same place but I will be reporting her and escalating it as she was extremely rude and very unhelpful. I can see why the reviews are extremely low.

I am so disappointed. For last 3 days I try to get insulin for my son. I rung reception few times, made a telephone consultations to review the medication as not on the repeat prescription and no phone call (2 days). Apparently pharmacist rung me and I didn't pick it up. I gave 2 phone numbers (mobile and landline) to make sure I won't miss the important phone call and nothing (no voicemail, nothing). I didn't go anywhere between 4pm and 7pm for 2 days. Today I rung the reception again as he's running low on insulin, to be spoken like I am breaking the law, like I am not following the rules. I was ignored for 3 days, spoken to like I am in fault, my son still doesn't have the insulin. I am so disappointed. I used to love this practice, but lately I have issue after issue. I hope it will improve soon. And no, I am not harassing receptionists, I tried to speak to the qualified person to add the new insulin type (prescribed by Dr in Frimley) to the prescription.

Unfortunately I cannot say my experience has been any better than the ones in the reviews before me. I now had three interactions with this practice and all three were at a very low level of care. I just had a phone consultation with the Dr. that dismissed every single thing I had mentioned in the very long form I had to fill to get the eConsult. I wasn't informed about the phone call, the phone call then cut in the middle of the conversation and the Dr. didn't even call back. She tried to convince me that my concerns were not urgent and was so dismissive of everything. Really very very disappointed and will change surgeries for sure.

Please Fire the receptionist - she’s a complete disgrace !!! My 1,5 year old daughter has a lung infection and I was forced to call nhs 111 to get an appointment from the hospital and an urgent medical care and antibiotics because I was completely ignored by the receptionist at Great Holland’s and repeatedly told by her to go to the pharmacy and ask them for an advice !! I called them at 8:00am on Monday straight away when they open and she would say to me that she has no appointments for me to be seen, as I told her I’ve contracted the illness from my daughter and been already for 1 week on paracetamol (we’ve been checked and COVID negative) which I’ve gotten from the pharmacy - she kept telling me to go to the pharmacy!! She’d say anything just to avoid making an appointment with a GP!! WHAT A DISGRACE!!! Someone must finally take charge and make those uneducated receptionists face consequences !!!

I personally cannot fault. Dr Arora has always been readily available to us when we have needed to see her and has at times even called later in the day to see how my little one is after seeing her. She has supported through some difficult times and been a huge help. I'm really pleased we picked this surgery when we moved to Bracknell
