My family have been patients at Springfield Surgery since we moved to Brackley and it’s the best GP practice I’ve had. They’ve always looked after all of us and, though the health service is under enormous pressure, I feel safe being looked after by this practice.

Doctors surgery's have a fairly poor press these days but although I only generally go once a year for a check up I am very satisfied with Springfield Surgery.

Very lucky to have this surgery as our local. The doctors are all consistently kind and helpful. There are appointments to be had, booking online they are released at certain points during the day, I think it’s a good system and works well (it deters a lot of patients with less serious illness like general colds from randomly making appointments).

They have a nice location with ample parking, a large waiting area and lots of additional services on site. Nice friendly staff too.

Absolutely brilliant surgery - can nearly always get a same day appointment if the situation justifies . ALL the staff are very pleasant & helpful and give a level of service that many people, sadly, can only dream of.

I believe the Doctors , Nurses ,receptionists and secretaries at Springfield are the most professional team working in primary care. They go beyond what is asked of them and treat everyone with respect and decency and am very happy to be a patient at the surgery
