The pharmacist here need to check prescriptions properly and inquire where its from. We were told to put our prescription in a box outside the surgery, and never heard back. Very poor communication. Why don't they ask you where your surgery is, instead of assuming it's in their building? They need to be more careful

I have had a prescription ready for over 2 weeks, every time I go to collect it, there is a Queue that goes all the way into the surgery. I have driven in and out 2-3 times over last 2 weeks as I can not speaks 15 mins or more in a queue just to pick my prescription up! They need to have a queries till and a collect only till, it’s an absolute joke.

Lovely Pharmacy but opening hours are awful unless you are retired or home all day. Opening until 8pm one night a week would make a huge difference.

I can't fault lowick, I've been using them for about 6 years and nothing has ever been too much. The staff are just brilliant, very knowledgeable and friendly. I wouldn't use anywhere else unless I absolutely needed to.
