Been here 3 times now. First visit, very impressed. Staff were helpful and accommodating of my newborn I had to bring to my appointment. Second appointment, not so good. No letter sent out so I was not properly prepared for the the scan. Also, when in a very vulnerable position for the scan, I could see the assistant getting her phone out at the end of the bed! Third visit, no letter sent so again i wasn't prepared and they refused me at reception. A waste of my time and money, and their apparently valuable appointments.

My personal experience has been diabolical so far. I was referred by a private GP for a private chest x-ray. On arrival I wasn't greeted with a hello or how are you. I was greeted with 'right, before we do anything I need to take payment' and the card machine waved at me. I was then told the x-ray results would be with me within 48 hours. I phoned a week later as the results hadn't been sent to my doctor. I was told they had been lost in the system and there was no one at the clinic to be able to review the scans and that I would need to wait another 48 hours til someone could review them and it would be sent to the doctor then. I've been in touch with the doctor this morning (11 days after the scan) and they have still not received anything and are now trying to contact the clinic to get the results. Absolutely no idea what I've paid for here! Stay well clear if you're looking for friendly service and efficient results. The NHS is quicker.

This is our 2nd nhs mri referral here. I personally cannot fault the service both my daughter and partner received.. you can certainly tell the difference between NHS & private... the free tea and coffee was a nice lil luxury.

Unfortunately, despite the beautiful surroundings of the park, nature, the clinic itself, etc., I was disgusted by the unpleasant staff working there. I'm skipping the reception. I have a problem with profound hearing loss, so I am partially disabled in terms of communication. I wear hearing aids so they are visible. I lost my way inside clinic and while looking for someone, I found an employee. Unfortunately, she was very irritated by the fact that I was bothering her.
I understand that not everyone has a good day, etc. I was later sent for an ultra scan and it turned out that the person handling the scan was also very distant, unpleasant, and the tone of voice was very rude.
I had the feeling that I was an unwelcome patient. The person performing the scan examination was irritated and overall the entire experience with this clinic was bad.
I must admit that I was referred through my GP so I did not pay. I'm not English, so it all made me wonder where does this "attitude" come from?.
I would rather be wrong with my own opinion and not have to deal with this clinic anymore.
However, if I think that this clinic would be a hospital offering a wider range of treatment offers... with such an "attitude" - it would be terrifying.

Outstanding level of care, from start to finish. I came this week for a scan and my results were ready and the report sent to my GP in 3 days from the appointment date.

All staff (clinical and admin) are polite, engaging, professional and they put your worries at easy.

The actual venue is lovely and extremely clean. The only downside is that it's only reachable by car or taxi. But other than that, I highly recommend this clinic.

I had a walk in procedure 3 months ago and could not be more pleased. I was referred by my Doctor for varicose vein removal. The surgeon and nurses were terrific and all my issues caused by the veins have gone.

They cancelled my appointment when I was on route in a taxi due to a lack of staff. No point trying to rebook it. takes 3+ hours to get an answer on the phone. i give up.
