Sherry is awesome and very understanding with my son. Very patient with him and myself. He loves her we followed her to family forward. Family forward seem very kind and welcoming. My 3 year old was roamimg around while we waited for his brother, and one of the associates stopped and had a full blown conversation with him and let him check out all her knickknacks i thought it was sweet.

We moved from across country and needed to get our two boys into therapy quickly. I called 6 or 7 places and each one told me at least 8 weeks before they could even consider seeing us for evaluations and most companies had no interest in walking us through the process. Then I found forward and Shaun! Thank God they have made the transition seamless. Not only did Shaun go above and beyond answering every call and email he was so persistent with the insurance they sent our approval in a so fast! It’s been amazing working with forward and Shaun I feel so blessed that we found them and happy my kids will be receiving therapy in a well organized and caring environment!

My son was coming to Forward for 2 years and on his 2nd year we moved him to the Clovis location. Everything was fine until one day he came home with what looked like severe slap marks on his entire back. We asked them what had happened and they had no idea. We asked them for surveillance footage and they stated that the cameras were not working or recording that entire week. Please don't bring your child here because they obviously aren't safe.
