Nurseplus branch at Bournemouth, Dorset is just like my own little family. Being a staff myself, I can vouch for their work ethics and values.
They care for their clients and more importantly for their staff’s wellbeing. They are a lovely team of people to work with and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
There is a decent hourly rate as well and above all, all staff are trained to give the highest possible level of quality care to service users. An amazing team indeed.

Nurseplus cared for my brother when he left hospital with dementia and limited mobility. They made his last few months as lively and pleasurable as they could. When he stayed out too long they went looking for him and brought him home. Very caring and communicative staff. Can't praise them enough.

The office has poor communication between staff. One of them could not direct staff to a client's back door after several months. The client lost the use of their vocal chords a long time ago, and despite making this clear to an office member, the client was labeled 'rude' because she cannot control her pitch of voice. This is discrimination. Not inclususive or respectful of diverse disabilities.Not one carer ever read the client's profile. This is really poor quality of conduct. In addition the client was subjected to a torrant of abuse by a carer because they all gossip about clients behind the clients back.

I have pivotal as my main suport but they use nurse pluse when they need help. Most of the staff Ive had from nurse plus are happy and helpful and know how to put sunshine and light into an un happy day.
