Came in to my appointment 20 minutes early. Was redirected to 2 different areas after waiting 5 min at each station before someone asked me what i was there for. Finally got to where i needed to be and there was no one to check me in so i sat down and waited a whole 40 minutes before i asked the front desk for help. Turns out, i was marked as a no-show. Great job guys

Normally very friendly and easy to work with. But there is one BIG issue I have. As a student we are expected to check in to our appointment 10-15 minutes in advance and god forbid we try to check in later than 10 minutes in advance. If we are late we are required to pay a fee for their time (rightfully so). However, this is the fourth time that I personally have had to wait on my appointment. Normally its perfectly fine, waiting 5 minutes max. Today they called me at 5 after said they were joining soon and still I sat waiting for 30 minutes for my appointment. Why is my time less important to them and where is my fee for my time wasted. It feels as though the Nurse Practioners don't actually care about the students they treat. Worst part is my actual appointment lasted about 10 minutes.

Super friendly doctors and nurses! The max I’ve waited was 10 minutes. My TB skin test and physical were quick and comfortable. Definitely would consider going here first if I ever need another service they offer!

I went Into the pharmacy to buy menstrual products but they barley have anything. They do not have options for women with heavier flow and that bothers me since I can’t ever find what I need. Also I had recently went in to see a nurse due to me potentially having a bit of glass stuck under my skin from a recent cut, but they only had time to see me in 2 hours. By that time it probably could have started healing and closed up with glass still stuck inside

Receptionist at front desk was rude and passive aggressive. Receptionist at front desk was trying to diagnose me with Covid and trying to make me take Covid test even though I told her I tested negative multiple times last week and the day of. Also, she kept announcing my personal medical conditions out loud to other staff members and workers and justified her actions because it was a Covid symptom. I don’t get where the unnecessary rudeness is coming from. It makes students not want to go there. Overall, their responses were very unprofessional. These people are literally getting paid and this is their job, they’re not forced to work there, so if they really don’t like their jobs, they got plenty of options so I don’t understand the unnecessary unprofessionalism.

Always clean and the staff is helpful. You can always look up what type of services they offer online. They will charge you $5 for being late to your appointment so it is recommended you show up 10 to 15 minutes early. If you do arrive early, go to the front desk and check in, you will get into your appointment sooner. (Depending on the wait time)
