Best service I’ve ever received at a health care facility. I showed up early and was still seen as I arrived. Dr Gambrioli was really nice and I didn’t feel rushed through my visit, I felt like he really listened to what was going on with me. The pharmacist was also super nice. Overall I felt very cared for on my visit.

I loved this health center. They are very knowledgeable and understanding. The doctor was kind and gentle, the pharmiscist was super enthusiastic about his job. I have made a couple appointments after the first because I'm just very happy about the outcomes.

It is true that the people at the front desk are very nice. However, the doctor lacks insufficient training to do his job well. I came in telling him my symptoms and told me nothing was wrong with me. In two days after my visit, I came down with a fever that lasted me 5 days and had to do self diagnosis and had to get myself the right medication to heal. This is by far the worst place to go for any medical help because this doctor is lazy and is not committed to helping out the students of CSUB.

Every time I walk in the health center I'm either not greeted, or there is no one at the front desk because they love to chit chat more than they work. They love to act intimidating, and look at you like your stupid if you don't understand something. Everytime I call the student health center, I have to call at least 5 times before someone finally answers. I am so beyond fed up with feeling ashamed coming to the receptionist counter for questions, payments, appointments, or anything. They always act like you are bothering them, even if you are clearly in pain. They are extremely callous to your needs, and only care about themselves.
Since the semester started this girl named Roxy works for appointments at the counseling center. Every single appointment I have had through the counseling center, since I have seen her there, has had to been rescheduled for some petty reason. Obviously no one cares if my appointment keeps getting pushed.

Dr. Kha is an excellent provider for the female student at CSUB. Really really appreciate the years she’s seen me as a patient while I have been working on my undergrad.

Very polite and nice over the phone as well as in person, I got there about 20 minutes early for my appointment and they saw me immediately.
