I've used this care agency for 4+ years and overall I am very happy with their service.
The care staff are generally pleasant, hardworking and happy to help.
Sometimes there are issues with timings but the staff generally let me know of any changes if they can.
I would recommend this place.

If I could give this company 0 I would. The owner is only interested in taking your money and when things get a little tough they walk away. There staff lie to cover themselves. They left my father (who is paralysed down one side) on his own, in his bungalow with the door open which was bad enough but my mum was in THEIR office and they did not make her aware of what they had done. BEWARE of this company!!
