Arrived with suspected broken finger. Was seen by four different staff and had x ray and a splint fitted. Was on my way home within two hours.
So efficient and friendly. Full marks to all the wonderful staff that were on duty yesterday.

I had stitches from an operation I'd unbergone just over 2 weeks prior removed at short notice by the wonderful staff at the hospital, after being told by our Doctors Surgery that they couldn't see me to do it for another week.

The staff at the hospital were kind, friendly and listened to me when I explained my movement limitations on this occasion.

I highly recommend and commend the hospital for the urgent expert treatment they provided me with at short notice.

As if the NHS cares about our reviews. Another vile receptionist bullying and barking at visitors in the minor injuries walk in. I was shouted at and accused of being some kind of fraudster for standing next to my mother when she checked in. "Data protection", two of the middle aged receptionists spat at me. Except I have power of attorney and my mother can hardly walk. They have notices everywhere about the abuse of staff, yet the way some of them interact with patients is truly disgusting and completely unnecessary.

Having waited a year for this appointment, I have to say I am not impressed. I waited 20 minutes over my appointment time, to be given barely 5 mins to be told will book an MRI. I had travelled 45 minutes to get there, wasn't examined, just spoken to. I had have a months physio,and was referred back to Alex, wasn't interested that I have had 3 major falls, leading to a subsequent knee problem and countless stumbles in between.
Had no interest in my predicament, felt rushed out ... And yet again left waiting for an appointment for MRI.

Fantastic service received on Thursday afternoon by all within the Minor Injuries Dept. I brought my mum in and within the 90 mins we were there we we were seen by two medical professionals and then also the xray dept and were given the clear results - a fractured wrist. Everyone we encountered were professional, caring and friendly and it made such a difference. Wheelchairs were easily found at the front of the entrance too.

Was referred for a hip X.Ray by my GP. Everybody in X.Ray department was friendly and helpful and made me feel at ease. Not an easy task with my "white coat syndrome". One of the team even got me laughing!

I visited here today with my 4 year old son who had potentially broken his toe, we were triaged and then waited for an X-ray, we were then seen shortly after with results and each person who we were seen by was extremely helpful and very friendly. I am very impressed with the staff at this hospital and have always heard very good things by others who have had to visit.
