Today and anytime I use our surgery at Bersted Green I am pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of the staff mainly Kelly and Gillian, also Crissie and Karen.
Today 3rd June my husband was feeling very poorly and the staff couldn’t be more helpful and efficient.
When I listen to my friends about there surgeries, I realize how lucky we are to have the care we receive.
There is such a lot of negativity about the NHS at the moment, but I feel blessed to have them.

I have just left this surgery after being there for about a year. I have some quite complicated health problems and I have really appreciated the care, understanding, patience from doctors and staff at this surgery. Best surgery I’ve been at so far and I am sad to leave. Doctor Castro especially was very good.

I never normally do reviews but since I'm having to remain awake due ro bo help front the surgery I feel it necessary. I have been using Bersted surgery for years I just turned 25 Yr old and I barely (thankfully) have physical doctor appointments. Because I make sure to 90% of time solider on as I understand the NHS is under so much pressure.

That being said I have decided after my appointment yesterday I'm going to change doctors surgery. I had to explain by a written note to the doctor I saw that my current illness was really affecting me and I tried everything. I think I spent a total of 5mins and was told to solider on. I felt really disregarded and not listened to. I spent more money trying to fix myself with no help at all from the doctor and now laying at 1am not able to sleep die to pain I'm in.

This is sadly not the first time I felt not listened to and ignored but I always just argued it was the luck of the draw of what doctor I got or they happened to be too busy to fully deal with me. As said I really Limit myself going to doctors but I can't deal with the lack help at all.

Receptionist I spoke to to make the appointment though was lovely though.

Overall as a 25yr old who used the surgery since childhood I'm definitely switching. Sorry to say.

First visit here for Dermatology, everybody was very friendly and the treatment was undertaken efficiently and in good humour! Particularly impressed to see how the receptionists were looking after the more senior members of the community, including helping them out to their cars.

I visited Dermatology 9th Nov to have suspected skin cancer looked at. I could not speak highly for the service and kindness I got. The procedure went fine and Mark Twist & his nurse Angie were fantastic! My mind was put at ease and await now for biopsy. I wouldn’t usually give reviews and got my wife to do this. I am registered at Berstead Green today. I went to the front desk to ask for help. I have a cold and I'm not feeling well, but the woman at the front desk gave me a bad look and said I can't get a note for tomorrow, go to work and tell my symptoms there. She didn't make an appointment. Why did I ask what's the problem, don't I pay tax? Why do I have to go and infect the whole enterprise? I was told by work that we need a doctor's note to excuse your absence, but after she kicks me out of the front desk, what should I do? Besides going to work tomorrow sick and spraying viruses and corona on the spices you buy afterwards. Thanks to this woman I know her name and she is middle aged with glasses. Good luck with her

Today as a new patient, although registration was not actual finally complete yet. I was totally surprised how fast the receptionist mobalized into action.. By the afternoon I was called with two diabetic appointments and a prescription already being made up in the surgery next door. London has never ever been anywhere as fast as this-Not even close.. Oh yes the NHS maybe down. However in Berstead green Bognor the front line is up and running with flying colours. Thank you NHS Bersted Green Bognor
