Terrible place!

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) rate it as needs improvement ......... and that is an understatment!!!

My mother was left in her room on her own, never taken to the lounge with the other residents. when I said I was going to move her there was disbelief from the staff. When I did move her they had aledgedly lost nearly all of her clothes!!! And these were never for or compensated for. Awful awful place ..... I am so glad that I have found her a lovely home now.

My mother was in Beech Unit, with dementia for five & a half years until her death aged 96. Her treatment was exemplary, and after a bit of a rocky start, she really enjoyed her final years. My sister and I never once saw any of the staff fazed and would recommend anyone in the same situation to seriously consider Hailsham House as a wonderful place to home their loved ones, when that time comes.

When an visited my mum today at Hailsham House care home welcomed by friendly staff seemed like they really care my mum seemed a different person in good spirits lovely surroundings very professional thanks

I can't fault the highest standards of care and love for the residents
My friend is treated with dignity and I like the way she is spoken to
She is very happy here

Absoulty could not fault this care home, the staff are amazing they really do care and this really is a kind care company thank you for all you have done for my dad whilst he was in your care
