Went to my appointment today, l found everything to be very well run, the person l saw, apologies can't remember his name and can't find a list of staff to find out, was excellent. He listened, asked me questions and understood all my answers, explained what he was going to do next. I left feeling as though l have been treated very sympathetically and had achieved what l was hoping from my appointment.

I had an excellent experience of the help I received to help with my recovery from a spinal fracture.
Both physios I saw inspired confidence, and the 6 week class to help with my rehab was invaluable. Thank you!
Frustratingly many places booked on the class were for people who simply didn't bother to turn up and to them I would point out you denied others from receiving help.

The staff are welcoming. The clinicians are really kind and want to do everything in their power to help you. The waiting area is always clean and comfortable and in the corner is a hot drinks machine that makes an incredible mochachino for £1 - actually all the hot drinks are just £1 but I was completely delighted by the mochachino 🙂 I have always had a good experience when coming here despite the circumstances that have brought me here.

Very professional and very orderly. Reception staff are professional and umm orderly. I suppose I can't say "friendly" as they weren't, but your not going into a pub.
The Doctors and specialists working from here are the Gems in the rough!
