It's unfortunate that I only go there when there's something wrong! Always get great service. From the front desk (Briony) to the triage nurse (Ellie) to the practitioner (Charlotte), everyone was lovely! Made me feel very comfortable, and provided me with knowledge I didn’t have before going. I know they can get busy and this irks people but we're very lucky to have this facility in Portsmouth. As it was I went early Sunday morning and was in and out in 45 minutes!

Had to visit St Mary's Emergency Service with a broken foot bone, and the team—especially Dr David—was exceptionally patient, kind, and helpful. They diagnosed the issue, answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything clearly. Usually, I'd say "highly recommended," but honestly, don't go breaking bones just to experience their great service! Huge thanks.

When I couldn’t get an appointment with my GP I went to the urgent treatment centre. The reception staff and all clinical staff I saw were really professional when dealing with my problem. It’s great to know that you can be seen on the same day. The only negative was the waiting time 3-4 hours.

Service here was so bad. I wouldn’t even give it one star. Had a severe ear infection attended the centre twice. First time I was just fobbed off with ear drops and told they got steroids in. The pain was unbearable so I called 111 the next day and had to go back to the treatment centre. I went back and saw a nurse who said my ear is severly swollen she does not no why I just got given drops, she cannot see down my ear canal and I will need a appointment in the morning with ENT at Queen Alexandra’s. She told me she booked me a appointment their for the morning I arrived at Queen Alexandra’s and they had no booking or records of me, the treatment centre did not refer me to ENT even though telling me they did. I had to sit and wait hours at the hospital until a doctor was free to see me and I was pushed to the bottom of the list. The drops the nurse gave me at the treatment centre also did not have steroids even though telling me they did. At queen Alexandra’s I finally got the right treatment and have to go back for more appointments .

Our son had a dislocated finger (Cricket injury) and we took him to the walk in center here. Fantastic staff! Right from the guy who did the triage, to the lady who looked after him the whole time (Meg?), and the lady who runs the xray machine and the guy who fixed the finger (Steve?), all were absolutely brilliant! A big thanks to all!

GP Practice left my husband for a week with a suspected DVT, enough was enough so we went to St Mary's UTC and was treated, diagnosed, given a blood thinning prescription and on our way in 2 hours.
Amazing service, they even arranged a future scan for my husband at the QA.

I went here this morning, have a chest infection, antibiotics, only there for 1 hour.
All staff from the receptionist, triage nurse then the nurse practitioner seeing me were all very professional and obviously love there jobs

Fantastic walk in centre.
The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. Couldn't believe how easy the experience was given I was away from home and not able to go to my own GP.
Waiting time was surprisingly short.
Aside from me providing a couple details, they obtained my full medical details on their system.
