Registered at this doctors needed an appointment as I had not spoken to a doctor or had a medication review I phoned for help explaining I was autistic and found online service hard the person over the phone was rude and told me to go online. Once figuring it out the rediclous system kept telling me I needed to call 999 all I need is a medication review and someone to check my ankle as I broke it last year and think I need physio I don't need an ambulance or emergency help. I phoned again unable to get an appointment again the very rude person told me they couldn't help and to go online and lie about my answers. So anyway I did this and then received an email telling me an emergency mental health team appointment has been offered however I do not need that I simply just needed a medication review and a simple five minutes chat with a doctor. Good news is I geave up and found a different doctors surgery to help. ....

One star I didn’t want to give any!
My daughter suffers with anxiety.
On Monday she was feeling pretty rough so rang the surgery at 8.00am Tuesday morning.
Surprise, surprise no appointments but was told HOPEFULLY someone will call by the end of day, that didn’t happen.
After a very bad night I called the surgery for her and was told the same, HOPEFULLY someone will call.
By lunch time still so response from Sunnyside so she called again.
We decided to cut out the middle man and rang 111, she was told a doctor would ring within two hours, within the hour a doctor rang gave her a consolation and prescribed her medication.
Just to add she never DID get a call back from Sunnyside.
Disgusting isn’t the word!!!

I transferred from Kirkland surgery to this surgery because I was fed up with poor, rude receptionist and unprofessional staff but sunny side staff are so happy and helpful that it eases my anxiety if I ever have to call up.
Great professional friendly staff and doctors! 👏 thank you.

Have to have injection and as a self employed man needing at a different time than 9 on a Wednesday they can't help or get a time that suits a working person. If was on the dole it's fine. Rubbish service.

Appalling service. Never have I had so many problems with this surgery prescribing my medication as I have done over the last three months. The latest incident happened today when I requested a repeat prescription, I was told that that drug had been replaced and when I said it was o other drug and not the one I was asking for, the receptionist implied I was wrong and I would not be getting what I was asking for. Absolute shambles and disgusted with their incompetence

Just popped in to the surgery to make an appointment and the young lad in reception with the moustache (sorry I didn't catch your name) couldn't have done a better job of he had tried. He was polite, informative ,helpful and discreet. Non judgemental and a pleasure to converse with. Big shout out to you young man. Your a great advertisement for your employer. 10/10

It is absolute negative experience with that clinic. I am frustrated with the clinic's insistence on using the Anima system for making appointments, which you find to be problematic. Additionally, even if you visit the clinic in person, the receptionist doesn't offer any assistance and simply directs you to use their system.
The receptionist is a rude behavior and a lack of assistance from the receptionist only add to the frustration.
