Horizon failed to keep accurate records of payments, sent a debt collector against my brother and then refused to contact the agency to resolve the issue, causing significant distress. Your reply is incorrect: we have contacted ARC and they are waiting for Horizon. It was cancelled properly and your own customer services team has admitted in writing it was your own error. You could help but you aren't and you don't care how it's impacting real people. Feel free to reply to my email to resolve.

Had a bounce and play party for my 3 years old and it was really good, I provided the food and drinks and they provided juice for the kids throughout. It was overall really good and my little girl loved it. The bouncy castle was large enough for older kids to use as well as younger ones. Want to give a big shout out to (Lily) at Havant, she was so helpful and was a great party host! 👏

This gym has sent incorrect information about an account my son no longer uses to a debt collector. head office have agreed that there is no debt but Horizon Havant have not called off the debt collector and my son is still getting threatening letters. My son has requested all his data to be removed when he left the gym , so they have breeched data protection. Be careful.

Google has asked me for a review: A great leisure centre. The staff are always friendly and most of the facilities are great. The only downside is the Horizon café being so intermittent with opening times. Getting a coffee on a Thursday evening during the swim class is a guessing game of who is working - if it’s the woman with the top knot then it’s always closed before the advertised 6pm. If it’s the guy in the baseball cap it’s a friendly ‘no problem’. Outside of this small issue Horizon is a highly recommended leisure centre with great options for all. The karate class and the swim school stand out for us!

Great soft play staff are nice great price too! only down fall is its super hot especially when your at the top of climbing, if its like that now and not sorted by summer it could be very dangerous for overheating children

Avoid avoid avoid - Don't get a membership with this gym. 🚩🚩🚩

Contacted them via the portal on the website to cancel my membership - received confirmation saying my membership had been cancelled even advising me to cancel my direct debit then months later I got a call from a debt collection agency saying I owed them £400.

Not even a single email text or phonecall to say the membership was still active.

Refused to answer any of my questions about it then just kept telling me to contact the debt collection agency. Recieved confirmation from ARC recently informing me they'd dropped the case, and Horizon didn't even apologise for what was clearly an administrative error. 🚩🚩🚩

too hot in there!! took my kids to the play centre and definitely needs air-conditioning please! if it's hot in winter, what is it like in summer? other than that, lovely staff and kids loved it! 🙂
