Last week I experienced great service from an engineer who came to service the equipment.
My mum needs a new bed, I was contacted on Friday to arrange delivery.
It is supposed to be coming today.... I have tried to contact Millbrook as I asked for a morning delivery and it is now midday.
Can't get through to them.... Nobody answering the phone, 6th in the queue both times I have tried ☹️

My district nurse ordered a hospital bed with an airflow mattress for me. It was supposed to be delivered Tuesday, I called up & yes i was on hold for a very long time but once through the girl was pleasant & helpful, informed me it would be Thursday for definite. My bed got delivered yesterday (Thursday) 2 days later but it was fine a bit annoying but nothing to get worked up about. I did call to double check it would be arriving as planned & only took 15 mins to get through this time. It did arrive about 4.30 by 2 very pleasant young men, who put it up for me & checked I was happy with it. So although initially was delayed I'm happy with the service I got & the bed itself.

My mum died on the 29th October and I’ve sent emails, rang the company daily and even asked the district nurses to try and contact millbrook to collect the bed that my mum was in. It’s been sat in my living room since she passed away, a daily reminder of losing my mum! It is absolutely impossible to get hold of anyone from this company! If the bed isn’t collected in the next week then I’m taking it to the tip! I’ve tried everything within my powers to contact millbrook!

After my elderly mum was discharged from hospital late on Saturday evening, I needed some equipment for her. After he got the order from the hopsital, Sam phoned me later on that night, heard I needed it urgently and went back into the depot to make it up for me so I could collect it. He's an absolute legend and really saved my mum a ton of discomfort when he didn't have to. Cannot thank him enough.

Despite me telling the receptionist on the phone (once I got through) what was wrong with my son's wheelchair, the message clearly hadn't been relayed to the engineer the job sheet stating 'assess.' She was so perplexed she had to take pictures! I rang this morning after holding on for 10 minutes, to be told they hadn't had the paperwork from the engineer. I was assured someone would ring me back later. I'm still waiting! I've just held on for 30+ minutes being told you have a high volume of calls? I messaged and telephoned your head office and no one has had the courtesy to reply. How long do I need to keep my son's wheelchair propped up on a plank of wood?

This company should not be an approved supplier for the NHS. My father died at home and I contacted the company to collect the hospital bed. I called every day after he died as the bed was in the lounge and my mother in her 80s had to endure looking at this bed, where her husband of more than 60 years passed away in it. This company is 15 miles from her home. I got the standard robotic reply from Vicky, she seems to be the only employee. I asked to speak to a manager and they put the phone down on me. Note to HR Department, train your staff how to deal with bereavement, they are clueless. They collected the bed 2 weeks later. I'm reporting them to the NHS. They should be reported to the trading standards office.

Never answer the phone put on hold for over an hour. Not got through now for 4days . Not exceptable for a disabled equipment supplier.
Much better when it was Roscare.

Thankyou so much to the lady who answered the phone to me last week as regards to my dads hospital bed, and went above and beyond in helping me with the problems we were having , you were the only one who listened to me, contacted the people you said you would, and then contacted me when you resolved the problem, you are an absolute credit to this company and I can't Thankyou enough!!!!!!!!
