What as happened to the good service from Tameside Healthcare. My daughter as always had her chairs maintained from them. Over 20 years. Experiencing nothing but pleasant and efficient service. Not sadly more recently.
The guy sent to do a repair arrived at our home today . No hello or who he was when I opened the front door. In fact if I hadn’t of seen the name of the company on his vehicle I wouldn’t of known what he was doing at our door. Very rude dismissive person. Hadn’t even checked his sheet to see what he was doing to the chair. As my mum used to say Manners cost nothing. This guy had none 😤😤

Brilliant family run buisness always willing to help no matter what time of day. The person who dealt with me went the extra mile to ensure I received exactly what I was looking for. Very friendly and even offered cups of tea whilst I waited for the job to be done. Will definitely be calling back again

What a company, brilliant, I broke down in Manchester town centre, John the engineer was there within half an hour, took him all of 5 minutes to repair my power chair and had me on my merry way excellent ,Whatta guy👍👍

Came today ti do annual service on my chair he looked at it for about a minutes then gave it back didn't do a thing I stated it was hard to open and could do with wheels lowering as it's to low for me and also for my kids to push
