I contacted Fi on a Saturday in desperation as I was in so much pain with my ears and within a few hours she made me an emergency appointment. Fi was absolutely amazing, so professional and put me at ease straight away. I can’t thank her enough for treating me. And the after care after my treatment was brilliant, and she was always at the end of the phone if I needed any further advice. I would highly recommend!

Huge thank you to Fi who saw my husband and I today. I 100% recommend E.A.R Wax Removal Company. I visited after being told at my doctors that my left ear was completely blocked with wax. I was extremely anxious about the procedure and the thought of something being put in my ear to remove wax. Fi talked me through everything and put me at ease instantly. Her knowledge and kind manner was amazing so I knew I had come to the right place. She cleared my ear of wax efficiently and quickly, and there was no discomfort at all. My husband, who had come with me, and I were so pleased with her service and her patience with my anxious chattering, that he had his ears checked whilst we were there.

Great place. Easy to book, they talked us through everything as we were doing the medical history. A quick check up of the ears and I was good to go with some recommendations going forward.

My wife had struggled with ear pain for two weeks. Her GP prescribed antibiotics for an infection with no improvement.

We called Fiona at lunchtime on a Saturday and by 4pm multiple plugs of wax were removed and the pain was gone…. No infection to be seen!

She was so kind and patient!
