Had the most amazing experience with Prime pathway to aesthetics. Trainers were incredible, the theory was in depth but easy to understand. I had non stop models to practice on and I've walked away feeling such a buzz and ready to get started. I'd highly recommend here if you're looking to get started in Aesthetics. 10/10. Whilst there I also had my nails done by Lydia and they were gorgeous, well worth booking in with her for a nail service too.

This review is off the back of a very good friend of mine receiving some aesthetics training at this academy. I am L7 practitioner, nurse prescriber and trainer and I am appalled after listening to her experience. We live over 200 miles from one another, which makes in person training with me almost impossible.

I can’t speak for the academy as a whole but I must say I’m surprised the owner, someone who claims to be a nurse prescriber themselves, lets trainers with such awful bedside manner and plainly incorrect knowledge/understanding actually train others, let alone represent their business.

My friend has not asked me to write this review but having heard what she described as “traumatic” - I felt compelled to make it publicly available. She is a highly conscientious and empathetic practitioner who strives to work safety and correctly.

The following screen shot is just part of the conversation we had. I’ve crossed out the swearing and words I think may identify her… but I think it speaks for itself really. Not a customer experience I’d be proud of.

If you want high quality training, I would advise looking elsewhere.

I’m extremely disappointed with how my appointment was handled. I was already sitting in the clinic when I was informed just nine minutes before my scheduled time that it had been cancelled. No one had the courtesy to speak to me in person, even though I was right there waiting. I understand that things come up, but this lack of communication and respect for a patient’s time is completely unprofessional. Patients deserve better.

Absolutely the best training and 4 days I have had. Made to feel comfortable and everything explained and re-explained when needed. Laura and her team are just amazing and so knowledgeable with all things aesthetics and everything in-between.
I will definitely be back for more training 5*

My daughter and I have recently both trained with Prime, I completed the advanced filler and lip masterclass with Laura and my daughter completed BIAB and gel nails with Lydia. They were so accommodating during the booking process and we both learnt so much, it was such a pleasant experience, I’ve done loads of aesthetic training and this was one of the best, in a clean and comfortable environment. I wouldn’t hesitate to book future training with them again.

I recently signed up to do the BIAB course. It was worth every penny! Lydia the tutor was friendly and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone who’s interested in doing a nail course to consider to do it with Prime Beauty & Aesthetics.

Courses are Amazing. The trainers are fantastic and positive vibes all around. They stay in touch with you even after you've completed courses and added to a support group. Fabulous experience I keep going back. Love love love the trainers that taught me. Explained everything and walked away super confident with what I've been taught. Will always recommend prime. Best place to be.
