I had a very disappointing experience with Aligned Orthodontics. I paid £40 for a consultation where a photo of my teeth was taken, and I was told I’d receive the image afterward. Over a month passed, and despite multiple polite follow-ups directly to Vicky, the Treatment Coordinator at Aligned Orthodontics, which she clearly read and ignored, I still hadn’t received anything.

It wasn’t until I stated that I would escalate the situation and file a complaint that I finally got a response — and only then was the image sent. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially when all I was asking for was what I had already paid for.

What’s also frustrating is that their website only shows perfect reviews, which gave me a false impression of how the clinic operates. My actual experience involved poor communication, being dismissed, and having to chase up something that should’ve been handled properly from the start.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I hope this helps others get a more honest picture. Patients deserve respect, communication, and professionalism — not silence and stress.
