I've trained with Dan of Weald Fit & Therapy at his boot camps for several years now and these are for all ages and all ranges of fitness. I would have initially been put off at the words "boot camp" being a middle aged unfit Mum, so if I can get through these then anyone can! These are fun and inclusive classes where you come away feeling like you've achieved something and can work to your own ability. Dan is fantastic, really friendly and mixes the workouts up so you're always doing something different.

Daniel has a wealth of knowledge and is a great trainer who pays particular attention to detail and genuinely wants each and every one of his clients to get the best out of there training,no matter what ability. Dan has become a good friend as well as a trainer and I am forever learning from him!

What a fab class this is. Dan makes sure we are doing the exercises to right to ensure we are getting the most out of them. He really pushes me to always do more than I think I can do.
