A well organized health center. Very clean and tidy. Helpful friendly staff. Quite good for emergency appointments. Pleasant building. Pharmacy attached. Ample car parking and nearby bus stops!!

I would give this health centre 0 stars but it isn't possible on this system. I am very disappointed and frustrated about the way the staff handled my appointment for my ultrasound scan. I have waited 5 months to get this scan but it's very obvious that the staff simply don't care. I was five minutes late to my appointment as I was navigating where my appointment was in the building. I got to my ultrasound appointment and the member of staff took my name. I was sat waiting in the waiting room and she disappeared for 40 minutes. My appointment was half 2 and I arrived 2 :35 and she didn't get back to me until 3:15. She said that my appointment is cancelled and I explained that I waited and had to fast for the appointment. The member staff simply didn't have any respect which was very disappointing. And I was dismissed and told that I would have to book for another appointment. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional behaviour.

would give 0 stars if I could. this is an awful place, especially if you're getting an intimate ultrasound. I specifically asked for a female doctor but I was ignored. it was my first time getting this kind of ultrasound and I received no information before it happened, I just had to let a doctor do everything in silence and occasional instructions that were not explained to me. the other person in the room was just there to write down notes instead of being a chaperone/helping in any real way. I felt really alone and insignificant during the whole process, these people have no idea how to actually take care of patients. would avoid at all costs.

I had an appointment booked at 12:30 for an Ultrasound and I arrived at 12:35 (delay is because I queued at the main reception just to be told later that I've to go to Ultrasound centre as the main reception can't find my booking). But when I arrived Ultrasound department the reception staff is no where to be found. They left the post unattended to go on lunch break. The person who is supposed to take my ultrasound was also no where to be found and has apparently cancelled my appointment because I was 5mins late and he too must have left on a lunch break. I waited for 15mins in the Ultrasound department, then the lady hastily arrived with her Lunch and said that the other guy who is supposed to take my Ultrasound must have cancelled my appointment and left. After waiting for many months, my appointment came and it is cancelled by the individuals who had no care to work at all. Very frustrating and extremely disappointed.

Dr Rydel is a great doctor.He is polite and so energetic. This GP is getting better day by day. I absolutely recommend DR RYDEL . He really cares about the patients and always tries to find a solution and help patients.👌👏👍. 10/10

Newbury Place Health Centre was created and designed as a centre where you can come for your medical needs. They've succeeded with their goal with doctors, a pharmacy, opticians, podiatrist, and plenty of clinicians with whom you can see on site. This building is accessible with wide automatic doors, wider aisles, and a lift.

Went to see Dr Fernandes Today and it was absolutely fabulous. Such a great Doctor. Really happy and set my mood for the weekend. Just Great !
