This is the worst GP that I've ever used in my life. If you call to book an appointment, they won't pick. If you go there, they will say they don't do face to face appointment. If you are successful to book an appointment, they won't call you on time. Receptionist is so rude and frustrating. The receptionist is not fit for the healthcare sector. They aren't kind, compassionate, committed, competent and courageous. Their mode of communication is poor. No sms or email reminder for your appointment. The worst service ever.

This is the worst GP on Gods Green Planet! It shouldnt be called GP it should be called how to waste time on a daily basis. I've been calling since 8am and when it was my turn which was at 10.20 PM THEY CUT THE CALL! They told me to call them today which is tuesday because i didn't get a booking last week like this is literally 3x worse than a nightmare. Use are not putting not even a little effort to help these people. Should be ashamed of yourselves!! Dont be suprised when people stop coming and calling to your tragic GP.

This is the worst GP surgery that I have ever seen. No emergency appointment. Staff was rude on visitation. Calling at 8:00 am to book an appointment is a waste of time. licence to practice should be withdrawn.

This is the worst gp surgery I have ever come across. This place should be closed down. After being on the phone for 2hrs and the person on the other side picked the call and ended the call immediately. Called back immediately and waited for another 2 hrs and I was told I cannot get an appointment and the lady was so rude. This place should be closed down I repeat

The worst practice I've ever known! Rang yesterday to be told it's a month long wait for non urgent appointments and urgent appointments can only be booked at 8am. This was after being on wait for 15 minutes. I have regular repeat prescriptions through boots chemist and every time I need the prescription, surprise surprise, Limefield haven't sent it back on time! Even when you do get an appointment you have to wait for at least and hour after your allotted time. The place is a nightmare!

Every time I go to pick up my prescription it's not ready on time. Receptionist (I'm not sure of her name) spoke to me in a dreadful manner for daring to ask which room I was going in. Terrible service.
