Doctor Skimmed over me talking about my depression which was the reason why I went to the doctors in the first place to talk about therapy.. skimming over a sensitive topic like depression and then also skimming over me saying “ a doctor gave me the wrong dose of medication for depression which caused me to have stomach ache and dizziness.. (I didn’t know you’re supposed to take a small amount of a antidepressants if you’ve not tried them before until my sister told me )” they didn’t even seem concerned but yet called it “ miscommunication “ ….. then you guys wonder why people don’t want to go to the doctors for help and would rather suffer because of how you treat some of us. Do better. Not just for me, but for your patients too.
Some people just want to be listened to.

I spent an hour waiting for my appointment after being checked in only to be told that the lady who had checked me in had not added me into the system, and that the practitioner I was due to see had gone home for the day. The service by the reception team was absolutely shocking, they did not care what so ever. The receptionist was even smiling whilst telling me to call again in the morning after seeing me sat there for 90 mins. Surely ticking a box to say some one has arrived isn't that difficult? Awful, awful place.

My mothers details were wiped out from the system. Was given third party named prescription which was South of the country. That family contacted us as to why there mothers was used for medication. Still a confusion an mystery
No apology or explanation from the surgery 6 weeks later after persistent requests as to what had happened was told to do an email to some department to complain.
Mother waits for medication to be delivered
Still having medication issues. Know they have sent medication to new pharmacy whom have just given boxed medication my mother was on blister packs. But have been informed will go back to previous chemist from next month. Elderly pensioner has to go threw this. What a shame honestly. They don't care anymore.
No help whats so ever. Some.girls at the surgery are really nice but nice isn't good enough when meds don't get delivered or mixed with third party names. Its horrendous

Worst GP surgery in whole UK, Im beeing trying to get a Blood Test done and its been 3 months still i havent seen a person named GP. Im not sure who is incharge of this GP who ever is it should be ashamed of themself for making this in such a state. Online appointment dont work, Receptionist need to know every detail of your sickness inorder to decide seems like the receptionsit is the one who decised if you are sick or not.
Are they even int he right mind to think that people would call them for FUN!!

Drs are amazing, it’s getting an appointment that’s the problem. Also their online system is stupid and barely works. I missed call from Dr for med review (he called 40 minutes before appt time and I was in work) and was told I need to make a new appointment. So now chemist won’t supply my medication, experiencing withdrawal effects and no one is willing to help.
