AVOID AT ALL COST
My daughter signed up with them over 2 years ago. The worst decision we ever made, on my daughters first ever appointment with a Dr regarding her eyes she was seen by a Dr who actually sat there in front of her and GOOGLED her symptoms and told her she was suffering from Sjögren's syndrome and told her she would be referred to the eye hospital...Never heard anything more, since then she has had to give up driving and has had no end of problems with her eyes, over the past month or so we have been calling every morning at 8am for an appointment on to be told to ' Try again tomorrow ' this went on for several days and the Receptionist told her to call in at the medical centre which she did last week only to be told when she git there that she'd have to call the centre at 8am again the next morning..I don't know weather the Drs are at fault here or the receptionists that work there but something is seriously wrong with the system there, my daughter also has
Pernicious anemia and is still waiting to book in for her injections, God knows if it were one of their family member's what would or could they do to get an appointment 🤔

Special thanks to Dr.McLaughlin, Dr. Hydar, and Dr. Saad for their unwavering professionalism, compassion, and patience during my appointments. Dr Adeyeye has been instrumental in ensuring persistent complaints are reexamined and my referrals were handled seamlessly. I’m also incredibly thankful to all the administrative staff; Sam, Elaine, Karolina, Susan, and Vanessa for fixing my appointments. Lastly to Maria for the good news on the call today for the overall outcome of my recent blood results, and progress so far, and to Miss Marzena for being warm during the bloods.. I may not have mentioned all the names, please take this review as covering everyone at the GP practice at PMC.

The team’s dedication, kindness, and efficiency have positively impacted my health and well-being, and I cannot thank you enough. I’m truly grateful to have such an exceptional GP practice supporting me.

Very inclusive GP. The doctors and staff are really compassionate, polite and caring towards the patients. They’re really quick in getting back to you in terms of any queries you have and in comparison to other GPs you’re are seen to quite quickly. Making appointments is so easy. Also registering to them is also a simple process. Thank you!

It’s the best GP practice I’ve ever been registered with. I’ve recently had a smear test performed by a nurse Amanda and she was extremely professional, took time to explain everything about the test to tiny details, was very kind and patient. She made me feel comfortable and shared lots of knowledge about the procedure and how it’s going to be done.
It’s very easy to get in touch with the practice or book appointments. The receptionists are very nice and helpful. I cannot be happier with this GP practice.
