It's been a long time since I have taken any kind of class and I have to say everyone at the Wellness Warehouse from instructors to participants are super friendly and helpful. The reformer pilates is fantastic, again the instructors on Saturday morning and Wednesday evening are great and they have no issues with helping a newbie like me. Definitely a 5 star review from me

Took my first Reformer class this morning…having done Pilates at the gym I had a basic understanding of the concept of Pilates but of course using the equipment makes it very different. I enjoyed it! having a few medical issues I was supported and guided by Zoe who took the class….loved the feeling that I was strengthening my legs, arms and core…using muscles that I hadn’t used for a while…would definitely do more classes in the future.

I’m glad I’ve found this place. I had lower back pain for years, since I started the reformer Pilates classes it has stopped. I’m very motivated to exercise, have more energy during the day and even started going to very early classes. I do recommend this place and Jude’s classes too, she is fabulous!

This is my 6th visit and I'm obsessed, i had seen it before but classes were either Brighton or London so for it to be down the road is great just wish I could attend more classes. I have also had the pleasure of classes with all three instructors. Definitely recommend ?

Roll and Release Workshop - I recently attended the R&R workshop and thought it was first class. Weeks later I can still feel the benefit! Becky took us on a well planned journey using a range of equipment including rollers, prickly balls and the reformer itself to release and roll muscles I didn't even know I had. Her fun and professional approach ensured complete safety and support to try out new things. I came out feeling a few inches taller and straighter - superb class - highly recommend!

I have previously tried floatation, sauna and today for the first time I tried the cold dip. They have all been amazing and I would recommend the Wellness Warehouse to anyone. Lizzie and her team are great. I also recommend massage and reiki with Leah. My favourite place to relax!
