Had a blood test today and Lesley met me at the reception once I arrived. She was very easy going and warmly welcoming. Had a thorough consultation collecting medical and family history. She was very supportive and gave me a few tips of advice which I plan to follow.

Always a pleasant experience at this surgery. The receptionist team are great, as are the nurses and doctors. The wait times are always short - which is a blessing considering how populated the area is!

I had a recent wellbeing catchup, as part of ongoing treatment, with Meg and she was brilliant. Very professional and it was sorted in a matter of minutes! Highly recommend this practice.

Lesley was brilliant. I told her I tend to pass out when having a blood test and she expertly kept me chatting, made it quick, and then urged me not to rush at all in getting off the bed even though she's a busy lady. Fantastic nurse, deserves a gold star.

I just noticed this is the highest rated Doctors surgury on Google maps.. and I now know why. I'm so happy to have found this surgery and switched over to them several months back. The staff and Doctors here are so hard working and I'm not a 'forgotten case' and appointments after appointments have been arranged for me to find out about my breathlessness issue. I've only had two appointment at this surgery. One for my customary health check and the other was to explain my breathlessness problem which have led to all these scans and appointments. Doctor Salim is a gem who saw me even when I was late for my appointment several weeks ago when I thought I would have to rebook. Definitely not all Doctors or surgeries are the same. At least now I have that happy confident feeling that I'll eventually find out what this health issue which have plague me for two years will be.

My experience with this GP practice has always been first-class in terms of customer service. The duty of care that Jade demonstrates when handling my tests gives me trust and confidence in the practice's ability to manage my health. There was another lady present who also took blood; her gentle approach is commendable.

It was my first time visiting for an appointment. Dr. Sarah and Lesley were excellent.

They were attentive, listened carefully, and conducted a thorough examination.

I was also able to get a blood test done on the same day, which was incredibly convenient, and lucky of me.
