Dr. Deacon may have a title, but don’t be fooled—he is anything but a helpful doctor. Under his leadership, this so-called medical practice operates like a bad joke, with his team of clueless cronies openly Googling conditions right in front of desperate patients. But that’s not even the worst of it.

When our 11-month-old baby needed urgent care, we were met with days of exhausting arguments just to secure a simple face-to-face appointment. Imagine the sheer negligence—precious time wasted while a helpless infant suffered.

My advice? Stay far, far away. Dr. Deacon, Dr. Cohen, and their disgraceful team are nothing short of a danger to public health, in my opinion. If you value your well-being, trust Hatzolah or A&E instead. Your life—or your child’s—may depend on it.

Still very difficult to see a Dr despite using the online portal and asking to be seen F2F. Most recently my wife had a terribly chesty cough with temperature and headaches for nearly three weeks. We were advised to see pharmacist and have cough mixture. No one checking chest etc. really disappointing but almost expected.

A consultant told me that he could not operate on my hand at the hospital I attended and he would ask my GP to refer to an NHS hospital that had the right back up for a general anaesthetic. This is my GP's response.

Called the clinic to ask why. Receptionist said "please wait and I'll check". She checked and said " you shouldn't be reading that letter, it is addressed to The Doctor - not you."

Really poor medical service. They insist over and over on giving you only phone appointments and not face to face. One of my household had a severe tummy ache almost screaming in pain and they wouldn’t book us in person until they spoke to them on the phone. Absolutely ridiculous doctor-patient relationship. It is been four years now since we finished with the pandemic and the panic. The GP didn’t come back to normal yet

Some doctors are really nice but the care provided is slow. Can’t get appointments since after Covid. Everything is on ask my gp. The only way u can see the doc is if u ask them on ask my gp and then they will reply to u later on and tell u the time they are free. Otherwise u can’t get one. It’s so hard for u to get prescribed something they just tell u to buy it. With other practises they will prescribe it as I know people who go other places. Doctors don’t listen. U have to keep saying it for them to finally listen. For example, finally refer u somwhere etc. they long ur care out. Don’t ask fast. Don’t support at all. I want to move. Compared to other gps it’s not good.

The receptionists here are incredibly rude and clearly don’t care at all for their patients. This has been highlighted in multiple reviews and yet still they haven’t trained their receptionists to show some empathy. They all have a ‘computer says no’ attitude to healthcare. Each time I have reached out to the GP they have done an appalling job, they never seem to read their notes about the patient and also barely ask any questions related to your medical problem. I will now be placing a formal complaint due to their negligence. My previous GP surgery was much better.

Massively improved over the last few years. The askmygp app is a very efficient method of communication and I usually get a reply on the same morning. The use of the new medical assistants has massively improved the speed and organisation of any treatment. I have had no problems with reception who are always polite and business-like.

Jane the receptionist is incredibly rude, unhelpful and slammed the phone down on me when I hadn’t finished talking. An awful GP practice. And also I don’t think much of Dr Deacon. Will be making a complaint.
