Satisfied with the service. They know what they are doing.
I do understand it is really difficult to keep the best performance nowadays but within the limitations they are trying to uphold the values of medical services.
We all need to have patience and understanding. Wish them good luck.

Lower Broughton Health Centre has left me deeply disappointed with its service. The process to secure an appointment is unnecessarily cumbersome—you are required to fill out an online form in the morning, after which the staff decides if you are "worthy" of an appointment. This system feels impersonal and dismissive, leaving patients uncertain about whether their health concerns will even be addressed.
To make matters worse, the reception staff can be rude and dismissive, which adds to the frustration of an already stressful experience. A little empathy and professionalism from the front desk would go a long way in improving patient satisfaction. Unfortunately, this seems to be lacking here.
Overall, the combination of bureaucratic hurdles and unwelcoming staff makes visiting this health centre an unpleasant ordeal. I hope they take steps to improve their processes and patients service soon.

Had very bad experience today . The receptionist was so rude and started to shout at me when I asked about the appointment. Everybody should think that they might have a chance to get admitted or get unwell at any time. The receptionist is so rude .

Ok for basic things but don't bother if you're a woman, the usual institutional misogyny. My ferritin was 11 and I was explicitly told not to take iron as 'it's bad for you'. The WHO guidelines state anything under 30 is an absolute deficiency 😂 You work full time and pay taxes for this kind of advice. Oh well, as long as young uneducated chimp-like men are being housed comfortably in hotels nearby at our expense then everything is dandy, I guess.

I attended the surgery first thing on Monday 11th November and dealt with by Amber who assured me that my tamoxifen (breast cancer tablets), were booked in, fortunately I called pharmacy about 5 minutes ago to check if medication there, and no tamoxifen not in, which runs out tomorrow - now will not be available until Monday - really cannot understand how she is a surgery receptionist, noticed on Monday her lack of professionalism and unnecessary attitude. Luckily I called surgery and was advised to get emergency tabs until Monday. Nothing like her mother who is professional.

A humble request to public.. please dnt get registered to this GP. The worst GP service i have ever encountered in the Manchester. The receptionists are too rude and they really have some issues when public receive a health service. They create so much drama for a repeat prescription🤯.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with the GPs. They neglected my concerns, failed to take me seriously, and did not provide appropriate treatment. Despite my repeated requests for tests due to concerns about my health, my advice was ignored, leading to a worsening of my condition. Additionally, there are significant communication gaps, as not all discussions are updated in the system, and appointments are inconsistent, with different GPs each time. This has only added to my frustration and dissatisfaction with the care I received.

I have been with this GP practice for 35 years, some of the admin staff have been there for longer and have watched me grow!

From being a child to a fully grow man, I can honestly say all staff, administrative and medical, have been outstanding, providing me high quality care. Most important thing for me is trust and the practice has mine in abundance.

Thank you for always looking after me, you guys are amazing!
