As a fellow health care worker I will never use this doctors again.

They completely dismay any concerns and are to be told that they don’t keep records of people allergies is quite concerning.

I’ve been twice and both times I had to send photos never get a face to face appointment. The way the doctors send messages is beyond unprofessional.

It’s a HEALTH CARE PRACTISE with NO CARE !!!!!
I’ve been to many doctors in Manchester and greater Manchester and this one is by far the worst I’ve had to deal with.

Certainly will not be using this practise anymore and would recommend anyone who has moved to this area to NEVER USE THIS DOCTORS.

A formal complaint will be done as this is not the first but second time of just poor service from a health care practice

Do NOT register with this surgery. By and large they will not take your complaints seriously. I have had abnormal blood tests for over a year and they have not given me a face to face appointment to discuss them despite chasing it up a few times, only had repeat testing, no explanation, no follow up.

They will dismiss most of your concerns. They won't take you seriously. Like others have said, there are frequent misdiagnoses and quite frankly I consider them unsafe.

I don't remember the last time I had a F2F appointment, everything has been through either phone call or the online triage system.

If I could rate them a minus rating I would.

Please listen to all the negative reviews here and avoid this place.

I've always had a great experience with the people in this surgery! The GPs are very kind, understanding, and take time to really help you. The receptionists are friendly, and I've never had any issues with booking appointments when I needed to. Fantastic surgery overall!!

I have been a patient here for years. It used to be very very good but myself and other mothers on these reviews have bad experiences.

They unregistered myself and my 8 month old baby with established feeding issues with 1 day notice even though they should have given us 30 days. They refused to issue the medication she needed to eat until I complained to the quality care commission. The Willows seemed unphazed about an infant not being able to eat and myself having to go without medication. They just directed us to 111 who unfortunately weren’t able to help. Thankfully the quality care commission intervened and forced their hand for the baby. I went without my own prescriptions.

I've only been at the surgery for a few months and all the staff I have encountered have been so helpful and professional. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the ladies on reception. Very happy I chose the Willows

Breath of fresh air after other GPs I've dealt with. I send messages through the NHS app and tend to get responses back the same day. Seems to be quiet on afternoons when I've gone in person and staff are friendly.

My experience of the minor surgery clinic was positive from start to finish, I was made to feel at ease from entering the room where soothing background music was playing to leaving when I was presented with an 'I was brave' chocolate coin, a nice touch. The lady who performed the minor surgery made me feel so at ease, explaining the procedure & the aftercare advice in a friendly manner which helped with my nervousness. I'd have no hesitation in having a procedure there again as it was carried out in a totally professional way.
