From my initial phone call, I didn’t catch the name of the person who I spoke but they showed complete kindness and compassion. So thank you! I attended my doctors appointment with Dr Sharma, as always she listened, was patient, kind and empathic. She gave advice and options and I left feeling listened too!

Saw the physio for a neck/shoulder injury. He was friendly, professional and thorough, clear in his explanations, and answered the couple of additional questions I had.
I was directed to use an app for physio Exercises and I got the link sent through immediately. The exercise guides are very clear and have video demonstrations.

My experience today at the surgery was quick and painless. I used the check in screen but was welcomed into the surgery by Karen. I was called in quickly and was able to make a physio appointment at the desk.

Had to contact the Height General practise after advise from a hospital visit. The phone call was answered after 84 minuets, to find that they hadn’t been contacted. After a conversation regarding the reason for me contacting them a letter was found, a prescription was actioned and I was to collect from the chemist. No prescription was sent to the chemist so I had to call into the doctors the following morning. I was told that I HAD to see a doctor and an appointment was made for the afternoon that day. I arrive checked in and went into see the doctor, who had no idea why I was there? I asked him to check my notes which he did and he was still a little confused why I had to make this appointment. I was told that there was no reason for me to call in and the prescription was sent to the chemist. I’m very confused as to the handling of this situation. How can people get things so wrong and make things so much more difficult than they already are. I would like to discuss this matter with the practise manager as I’m more than concerned with the management of this situation.

Terrible, they cancelled my appointment with a text message all of a sudden with no explanation. It seems I'm always second priority to this practice. That's not the first time. I have experienced awful treatment from them: sending a prescription to the wrong pharmacy in a different city, a recepcionist hanging up on me, not calling me when they said they will, and the last one is this cancellation of my appointment that I booked last week in person at the GP.

Excellent services, I love the provision of self check-in at the reception and the GP always keep to time. The NHS app is also very handy to track your health record, send and receive messages, and to track appointments.

The only limitation is that I am unable to book appointments on the app. But overall, it’s a 5-star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience for me.👍

Made a routine appointment using PATCHS system no problem. Had to bring it forward to an emergency appointment via telephone using the call back feature, again no real issue. Dr Mohd Noor Azam Mohamed was excellent, ordered blood tests which were conducted next day at the surgery. Able to make a follow up appointment again via PATCHS. Discussed results with same doctor who was able to disseminate in plain English. Overall no complaints.

I recently joined this GP over another due to the excellent Google reviews. But after my first experience trying to use them (emphasis on trying), already considering changing surgeries. I tried using the online Patchs service for help with severe back pain making moving almost impossible, detailing the issue. The Patchs service itself seems to indicate that it's specifically to help GPs treat patiently remotely without having to attend an appointment.

However, I was told by the staff member who answered my request (Alicia) that the Patchs service is for booking routine appointments 14 days in advance ONLY (which is directly in contradiction with the information on Patchs website, and is an exceedingly poor use of a service anyway).

After I replied asking if there was any way a doctor could help me, Alicia replied that I never specified what kind of help I wanted (wtf? why else would I contact you for a pain problem if not to resolve it). She offered to make a routine appointment for me before instantly ending my request before I could reply, meaning I've received no medical assistance. No appointment. Nothing.

Incredibly poor service. Utterly useless and incompetent.
