Had a great experience with Crystal Health Group. They were quick and efficient in providing me with a hair strand test for my court case. The lady who took my sample was extremely friendly and informative and my case worker was also very helpful. Would definitely use again if needed in the future. Great service

Katie Spiby - what an amazing employee, so friendly from the second she was on the phone with me, reassuring me she will be handling the case following a previous back experience with the company, showed empathy, understanding and great pro-activeness. Got straight to work and kept me informed every step on the way taking complete ownership and control over the situation for me and resolving it all within 15 minutes. Amazing help while juggling full time work myself. What a pleasure to deal with, everyone is always so quick to point on negative experiences however the good need equal representation. Very helpful and professional services. From the initial contact to the end result it was very quick and the communications were great. The service was very discrete and if required they will come and do the sample and take it back with them. Very easy to use and will use them again if needed without hesitation.
