Love the staff here, always go above on beyond for the kids. Very friendly and energetic all the time even when the park is busy. Excellent for kids with SEN in the evening when the park is more quieter and staff can engage with the individuals on a more personal level to suit their needs and interests in games. It’s like being part of a little community when you are a regular visitor to the park.

Good for kids, not so much there for adults.

Dedicated toddler sessions meant I felt my child was safe around similar aged children and not being knocked over by older kids.

Didn't like needing to buy Gravity socks when I had suitable socks from another trampoline park that are different only in colour... Money spinner.

My toddler was a bit young to be interested in the trampolines. He enjoyed the inflatable area but his favourite part was the toddler soft play area near the refreshments and you can use that for free (I think), so great place to go for a coffee while your child plays. Also connects to the bar next door (forgot name) if looking for something more substantial to eat/drink. Although the tray of dirty chips really was... Souch cheese and grease. Couldn't complain at the portion size but felt like I'd have a coronary any second. Not sure if that's positive or negative in its review.

Pool tables are great but you need cash and I only had contactless on my phone so didn't bring a card and bar staff can't do cashback. Otherwise, a great night out and staff were really friendly. Food is top notch from Wendy's too.

Excellent place for the kids that will be sure to tire them out. Took my 2 year old son to the toddler session and he loved it, was jumping around before going onto the soft play area upstairs.

Staff were friendly so definitely well worth the trip. Unfortunately there is no car park but there is plenty of public car parks near by, I parked in Asda as the first 2 hours are free and it’s about a 5 minute walk from there.

First time today with 5 Yr old Grandson. He'd been previously with other family. I was very impressed! The staff were all lovely, helpful and friendly.
Clean, spacious and lively! Lots to do and the music was great. The socks you have to buy are worth the money. Thick and grippy, which for safety is a must. Plus you can take them again next time.
Really enjoyed our visit, will definitely return.

FUN POLICE 🚔
Sadly our visit was ruined by staff supervising the trampolines. Rules are rules, but this was excessive.
I took my 5 year old daughter and her class mate and my 2 year old. Felt very uncomfortable the whole time. Only several children in so got the feeling we were homed in on by one staff member in particular, L. She seems to enjoy the 'power' and in the one hour we were there she went over to the two girls(who were playing nicely) to speak to them (alone) 3 times, it was quite intimidating for them(apparently two 5 year old girls were going too fast between trampolines). Then she came over to tell me I wasn't to carry my crying 2 year old across the trampoline (after setting off smoke machine and frightening him). It's hard to explaine what it was like, she took a few steps towards us each time we passed her as though she was going to approach us again, having discreet intimidating chats with my kids every few minutes. I felt the need to avoid eye contact. As my 2 year old had a wonder around the arcade she stood and watched us the whole time. He took a balloon and walked around the trampoline, she crouched down and encouraged him to play with her. She then took the balloon off him and he cried. Honestly was quite upsetting. Constant whistle blowing at small children doing no harm in an empty trampoline park. It wasn't busy, must have been about 6 kids in! They all got a good talking too, so it wasn't just us😕 Then after exactly 1 hour she blew the final whistle to tell us our session had ended and ordered us all out. The place was deserted. No new customers coming in. Just staff walking around with their whistles🙄Absolutely no need for the over bearing control. And lack of initiative. Never again!!
Photo is the empty place when all 6 of us got kicked out🤣
