Tonight, thought we'd give H&H another go, been good food in the past, this is the 3rd time food hasn't arrived 2nd time payment taken, haven't got the last payment taken back yet when food wasn't delivered. What is going on, is this now a scam!!!!

3hr wait on delivery even when eta was 1hr,we ordered food in advance as we thought 1hrs notice would be enough. Food wasn't what was expected very over priced for what we received, smoothy very waterery, lady kept making excuses for long delivery wait.
Spent around £100 in total so hardly a cheap order.
Celebratory lunch for leaving party ruined by late delivery. Very disappointed with service will not be returning. 1* Service all around.

Order took over an hour to arrive and was wrong when it did arrive but they only arrived as the shop closed so was unable to get a refund or new meal so instead I will be left hungry and 18.97 down. Not only was it cold but it was smothered in a vile sauce that I’d specifically requested wasn’t on my food. Wouldn’t order from here again.

Lovely food, simple menu that just works. The regular take out lunch box for £5 is plenty and very nutritious. The food is healthy and fresh. I had chicken with avocado and mixed veg with noodles and the garlic herb sauce. The only problem is they had run out of a few things like sweet potato mash which I would have liked to try. However it's fantastic value, and we will most certainly be back!

Been here a good dozen times.
Had my order messed up about 3 times.
Given benefit of the doubt over time but now it’s a bad habit of terrible customer service.
When I Walk in, staff vape constantly in the kitchen.
The place isn’t run like a business.
