I’ve been seeing Dr Roberta for the past six months and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care and attention I’ve received. I came to Optimum Wellness as I have issues with my Spine, hip & lower back. So have been in a lot of pain , they provided a very thorough service detailed X Rays showing up issues previously overlooked by Doctors. Cannot praise Dr Roberta and the team enough. A few months ago I could hardly work, and not being the type to go to the doctors and was sceptical that anyone could help me. I went on one of the free sessions to ask about a problem I thought I had and actually discovered my spine looked second hand on the X-rays!! The course of treatment has actually been quite fun, always makes me giggle when I get adjusted! The Dr. Is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and the rest of the team really are nice genuine people. I have nothing at all negative to say about my experience, which is odd because I moan about everything!! Would definitely recommend!

Wow is definitely true. I have been going this practice to see Monika since the mid 2000's. I called today to make an appointment and asked for it to be with Monika but I was told I have to book a days holiday from work because I work Monday to Friday like most people but there are no afternoon appointments on any day and no weekend appointments at all. I asked a simple question to Anna / Dr Roberta which was - how does anyone that works get an appointment, the response was I have to book time off work. I said , it never used to be like that , in fact I went to many of monikas seminars over the years. Anna / rebertas response was - monika doesn't need to work any more and only works until a Thursday. Anna / Roberta then slammed the phone down on me literally.

I am absolutely furious and upset. That business has no future operating in this way and the attitudes of the staff are a disgrace. The worse of it is , Monika doesn't work on a Friday and this is what the staff get up to while she's away. The place is like the wild west. No professional at all. Scrotes have been hired here. They will lie to Monika when she looks in to this. How can anyone who simply rings for an appointment get in to this situation if the staff are professional?

I was there in the beginning when monika was running around on her own building the business.

I have spent thousands here over the years and this is how I have been treated.

I wish I had known about the benefits of chiropractic care years ago, but as they say, "better late than never." Since I started visiting Warrington Optimum Wellness in early November, my quality of life has improved significantly, and I couldn't be more grateful.

Dr. Monica, Dr. Roberta, and their team have been incredible in helping me get back on track. Thanks to their expertise and personalized care, I'm now sleeping soundly through the night without waking up multiple times. Previously, I had accepted the stiffness and discomfort that came with waking up, along with the pain of walking or standing for extended periods. But after just a few sessions, the difference has been remarkable.

By my second visit, I noticed increased mobility and a significant reduction in pelvic pain. It's hard to describe how much of an improvement this has made to my daily life. I am now more active, comfortable, and enjoying better overall health.
