This was my first time having Cyrotherapy so I was a little nervous. John was brilliant going through everything with me and all of the treatments I had (chamber, cryo facial and lymphatic drainage) were amazing. The road out of retirement :- Retirement in my 30’s seemed like a great idea 💡at first… Travel the world , get a dog have a bit of fun. But for those who know or even care countless surgeries , shoulder, spine, ankles etc all take their toll. I still have physio and Chiropractor to this day but I’ve tired everything - Acupuncture , Bowen therapy , hydrotherapy, CBT , EMDR , Chinese medicine, painkillers , CBD but nothing has managed to ease the pain of sciatica, arthritis and a whole host of the mental issues such as difficulty sleeping 💤 etc that come hand in hand. Bored of retirement I had hoped to come back and cause some chaos 3 years ago but with covid things just got worse and many joints seized up. I had done a lot of research on Cryotherapy but assumed it would be for the rich, famous and professional athletes, plus there weren’t any such facilities in my area. Then in May this year Elements Cryo Spa opened just round the corner !! I popped in and met the owner John who is a great guy , very knowledgeable and really understanding of my multiple conditions. I went away and did further research and had my first session on Tuesday. All I can say is WOW 🤩!!! Obviously I was apprehensive at first the thought of going into a chamber that would effectively go down to -130C in my undies. Anyway, John put me at ease and cranked up the gas. At -90 I began to notice a real change in my body and at this point I think my testicles fell off .. At -130C I thought this is a bit nippy but soon the chamber was open and I was on the exercise bike gently warming back up. Within a few minutes I was actually sweating and felt fantastic. Huge rush of adrenaline and endorphins a bit like jumping from an aircraft, my body felt full of oxygen and my nerovous system had kicked in positively but with no pain. I thanked John walked out with a smile , had a brew , walked the dog and literally slept like a baby all afternoon for 5 hours solid. I woke up still feeling great and went to bed at the normal time. Suffering with bad sleep 🛌 I excepted the usual broken pattern but was amazed I slept all the way through, no nightmares, nothing. I then noticed that my shoulder pain had reduced greatly but my back pain and sciatica from spinal surgery had almost gone . Absolutely incredible!!! I’ve spent £10,000s personally on private treatments and the NHS will be £100,000s on surgeries and rehab. It’s early days but I’m booked in for my next session on Friday night. No treatment has come close to this and believe me I’ve tried everything!! Thank you 🙏 John for your time and professionalism. I went to see john 6 weeks ago because I was unable to walk, in 24 hours a day pain due to knee injury and being a boxing coach it was desperate times for me, surgeon put it down to arthritis but I didn't agree as arthritis doesn't come on in 1 day. Anyway fast forward 6 weeks later I am walking without much pain and looking forward rather than backwards and coaching again. Thanks John life saving treatment for me this and has gotten me out of the dark hole I was In.

Guys its now 7th November and I just wanted to update everybody now that I have had knee surgery. When i had my first scan in November 2023 it showed i had a lot of arthritis in the knee, the surgeon said there was no tears in the ligaments (i disputed that) and I was right it was torn meniscus, cartilage and a slight tear to my anterior cruciate he just missed it. When i had a follow up scan which was after John and Elements had done shockwave therapy and cryotherapy to support me to relieve pain and swelling the second MRI scan showed little arthritis compared to the first scan which shows just how INCREDIBLE the treatment I had received from John was. It had reduced the amount of arthritis i had in my knee and for that I am forever in your debt and grateful. Brilliant treatment, thanks John

I've been having weekly localised cryotherapy with John for the past few months now. Very comfortable place to visit. Would recommend to anyone suffering with inflammatory conditions, fibromyalgia. Having this treatment has made a massive difference to my life, getting me off pain medication. Went down today to get my blood analysis done and it was fantastic. Great little set up and I was in and out with my results within 10/15 minutes. Gave me great insight and understanding to what is happening inside my body and making sure everything is okay and working properly. Excellent service treatment and advice from John. Sorted my ongoing foot problem out. Two weeks after my first visit, I was walking with no pain. My Doctor wax saying at leastv8 weeks. Visited him last year for another foot issue and same results. I can highly recommend the treatments offered .
