Holes Lane Surgery - Warrington

I received a message yesterday from holes lane surgery and mentioned appointment has schedules on 8:31am today.

When I visited there. The receptionist said there is no appointment. I asked what is the message I received and it has scheduled on 8:31am today. The receptionist said “No appointment and no one is working right now”. I ask her again what this message means "Upcoming Appointments" I am very confusing how can I make an appointment.

It is extremely poor, confusing message and POOR ATTITUDE of the receptionist. I hope someone from Holes Lane Surgery can let me know HOW CAN I CONIFRM THE APPOINTMENT

Lots of bad reviews on here, however having just moved from Manchester 6 months ago, I think this is perhaps the best doctors surgery experience I've had in over 20 years.
Having had a spate of bad luck in the last 6 months with reoccurring ear infections and tonsillitis, they've always made an appointment for me following e-consultation even if they have to put you in at the overflow facility on Manchester Road, service there is great. Appointments actually run on time and when they couldn't see me for a few days, the receptionist checked which walk in centres had lowest waiting times for me.
Yes, it's a shame you can't call up on a morning for a same day appointment like the 'good old days', but that's the way it is now on NHS 🤷‍♀️

I have been a patient at Holes Lane Surgery all my life and have never had a bad experience. Doctors are always courteous, caring and professional. The E-consult service has never been a problem for me and I’ve always had my issues addressed. I recently completed an E-consult and was given a face-to-face appointment two days later. Very pleased, thank you for your continued care.

Quite possibly the worst in Warrington. Gave my 3 year old daughters stool sample at the reception as requested by the doctor - never heard anything back. Chased it up - still nothing. Seems like they lost it. My daughter eventually got better after 2 weeks but it's just shocking how bad this place is. Trying to get through to talk to anyone or book an appointment is a nightmare and when you do finally get through, you get fobbed off to 111 or they book you in at Manchester road.

Trying to see a doctor at Holes Lane has become nigh on impossible, my husband has been trying to see the doctor to discuss his post heart bypass meds for over 4 weeks now, he's been in agony for 3 days with joint pain and only offered a call with the pharmacist but not told when.He's not slept for 2 nights with the pain and now has been to walk in for xray and now A&E for meds for the inflammation, after a double bypass...I am going to make an official complaint. Unacceptable

Moved here 6 months ago after previously living in Penketh. Excellent staff and medical support, never had a problem getting an appointment with someone that can help, PATCHS works great and receptionist always friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Definitely one of the best surgeries I’ve experienced in recent years, and much much better than Penketh HC!

I have had a very good experience here at Holes Lane Surgery. I used E-Consult, which was very quick and easy to use. I got a quick response the next day, and they had scheduled me an appointment with a doctor on that same day. I was very impressed that they rearranged my appointment to suit my availability. I had a positive experience with a female doctor who made me feel comfortable.

Doctor Q I Chuka was absolutely brilliant. He put my mind at rest and he helped get me sorted out with my injury and worries.
He was friendly and put me at ease.
