Absolutely useless doctors. Made a clerical error which resulted in my partner being removed from the system and without a GP. This means we now cannot access online service for our 20 Month old. We call up to explain this and get snotty remarks about only being able to book online before they realize it's their error and book it manually they double book appointments and leave you sat there waiting all day. Ridiculous, unprofessional behavior at every single intersection

I know GP practices get a lot of grief but everyone at Padgate Medical Ctr are great. One two occasions now I've needed some quick support. Used Patches each time and on both occasions was contacted within a short space of time to be offered an appointment. Every single member of staff I interacted with from the great receptionist to the GP who saw me, were collectivly brilliant, caring, compassionate, supportive understanding and professional. Given the pressures I know all NHS services are under, this practice and it's staff are outstanding.

Normally have nothing positive to say about this surgery but today I had an appointment and had a prescription query. The girl on reception (Thurs @ 3.40) was so helpful friendly and polite. Went out of her way to resolve the issue and before I went in for the appointment she had sorted it. Also saw her help another patient going over and above. A very pleasant surprise compared to previous times at the surgery. Please pass this onto the girl on reception.

My husband really needs to see a doctor!! Been on the phone and promised a call back,but no gets an email it will now be tomorrow!! This has gone on for over a week.Where is the duty of care here ? I my self work for the NHS and know it’s not in a good position
.But at least we keep to a standard,or I would be out of a job.People’s lives depend on our doctors,you have a duty of care to all of your patients!! This is a disgrace to the NHS.I myself are still waiting for a call back from may 15th 2023,I was sent to birchwood by yourselfs and I know you did get a report from them !! As I I was going away (late June).I paid to go private!! This surgery needs to get back to basics asap

Best doctors experience I have had as we have moved many times and had challenging calls trying to get appointments. They alway go over and above to get my children appointments when needed and are very accommodating. Makes me feel safer I have medical assistance if required for my children. The reception team are always really helpful.

Won't issue my 5 year old a prescription for his medication that runs out in 2 days. They got sent a letter from child development 28th of May its now 13th June so no excuses! He has previously been in a&e as the Doctors wouldn't help.

Some of the receptionist need to be on board control the GPs that are there I’ve just got no words not one of them has any empathy.
Told me that my husband was dying and to prepare the family.No test had been done they hadn’t even been to see him other medical staff had been paramedics, Rapid response all reported back to gp but gp still refused to see him.3 weeks later I get a phone call from the surgery to say a gp is coming round to see us.she just asked my husband is he ok and then told me that I was most likely looking at his last couple of months of life. There was no test nothing at all for them to come to this conclusion.They had all the family upset for nothing.Thankfully they was very much wrong.
Shame really as it was a very good doctors a few years back

Absolutely shocking experience I have had with them. No empathy towards their patients at all. No urgency. If you are stood in front of them they are "busy" and are told to phone the next day at 8am! Whats the difference really? They don't adhere to training as I asked for the practise managers details and was told this information isn't to be given out. I was later told this was wrong and it should have been given but they discharged myself as a patient for challenging this!
