My mum has just had her care package taken over to Premier care via Warrington Borough Council. I feel there are safeguarding issues. My mum has not had any medication in 2 days and her file had another clients information in it. I will be escalating this. They have blamed the issue on the previous company not handing over sufficiently, this is not true as all correct information available in her file. Do not go near this company.

Changed 12 months ago to this company. Over the past 3 months its been a nightmare. No staff so supported by Agency staff who don't care and cannot do the job. Twice my mum has received no medication......complaints made and still not resolved. The phone is nearly always on answerphone or unobtainable even when you need to contact them urgently. Don't respond to your complaints. Awaiting response from Quality Monitoring before taking matters further.
Feel sorry for the staff that do do a great job but let down by others and the company.

I keep getting random careers banging on my windows, back door and sometimes just walking into my home even though i dont require care its getting out of hand now and im getting fed up up with it my privacy is being compromised

After sending ageny staff to care for my wife with no training or shadowing then pulling out after three days and upsetting my wife whilst trying to sit her up in bed by pulling her by her arms which she has frozen shoulder aswell as motor neurones disease.upsetting her uncontrollably.i am totally disgusted with the way my wife was treated and the way they treat there agency staff.definatley wouldn't recommend this care company to look after anyone.
