Been a member here for 25 years. Been trying on and off for 4 months to get and appointment. The best I've been is caller 18.

I still work and will properly be dead with why I'm ringing before I get an appointment.

I have never ever known anything like it.

Even thinking of moving house to get to see a doctor.

Over the past five years, I've had both good and bad experiences at this surgery, but unfortunately, the negatives outweigh the positives. While some doctors have been excellent, one in particular has repeatedly provided poor medical advice and serious misdiagnoses, making it feel like a gamble which doctor we see.

The reception staff are consistently helpful and empathetic, doing their best within the limits of the system. However, the 8am call queue is extremely frustrating—being caller 31 at 8am on the dot makes getting an appointment nearly impossible.

My child has faced multiple health issues here. One doctor misdiagnosed a skin condition as a pet allergy, later correctly identified by A&E as Keratosis Pilaris. A water infection was also missed, with the initial advice being to give Calpol. Only after pushing were antibiotics prescribed—without dosage or duration, which had to be clarified by reception. The infection persisted, and A&E later noted the original antibiotics were outdated. A new course is now in progress.

At a separate appointment for myself, the same doctor made inappropriate comments about my family planning, which felt insensitive and could have been deeply upsetting to others.

Parking at both this surgery and its sister location is also a persistent issue.

After repeated concerns, I’ve decided to move to a different practice.

Ive been playing the doctor lottery now for 3 months! Everyday I ring the hotline hoping to be today's winner... everytime, its call back tomorrow at 8am!

Good to see my £700 per week towards tax is helping someone get the appointments they need. Hopefully when I cant work and contribute anymore due to medical neglect I will be privy to this kind of treatment.

We play again tomorrow.

Myself and my family were one of the first patients at this practice when it first opened it was wonderful at that time, now I class it as hopeless can't see any doctor never mind one of choice, the receptionists appear to be running the surgery and they are very unhelpful. Being a deaf person and unable to use the phone what is the point of telling me to ring on the day when I tell them I'm deaf I just get AW but no offer of any alternatives , it is so disappointing

Had to make two complaints about this doctors in recent months, it used to be a great and caring practice such a shame since covid arrived it’s been like a dictatorship. I’ve got news my son, an employee of Waitrose has worked in a public roll since the start of the pandemic, so has my opticians. They’re in for shock when we return to normal and they have to start being compassionate again instead of hiding behind a virus

Managed to get a face to face appointment on the same day, concerns taken seriously and referral to a clinic and seen within 7 days. The doctor was really professional and receptionist on the phone helpful.

I have not had a face to face with a doctor for at least 3 years.
Today, I was scheduled to have a telephone appointment in the morning but nobody called. These people should be sacked instead of been given a pay rise.
