There really does need to be an investigation into what is going on here. The amount of times they fail to deliver prescriptions to the chemist is ridiculous. This has been mentioned by pharmacy staff as well. Some of the reception workers are rude and don't listen. Not all of them are like that however, but if you get the wrong one it could have detrimental consequences for you as a patient. I have asked my key worker and receptionists numerous times to change my address and telephone number on the system only for them not to be able to contact me and for the pharmacy to have the wrong address for me. Key workers change mobile numbers regularly and you never get given the number until you see them so you can't contact them directly even if you did need help. Called to cancel appointment because of having repairs done on my rented property and then told that if I can't make it in then I don't get my medication. I know a few people that have been left without medication on numerous occasions. So... they get you hooked on "medication" only to drop you like a hot sack of you know what and leave you to go into withdrawal and or possibly die. So... if you're an addict and want help... go somewhere else or do it yourself because you may very well end up having to do it yourself anyway. This is not aimed at all of the staff there. There some amazing key workers and receptionists there. I couldn't fault the doctor there either. Good riddance to this service!

In 20 14 I made a complaint against a key worker who acted completely inappropriately. His negligent action had serious consequences for me,my health, family, professional integrity & career. He was suspended (probably on full pay) for 18mnt then sacked. I'd encourage anyone who is receiving substandard treatment to seek advice on getting your voices heard. Together we can make changes. It's unfortunate to read so many poor experiences & tales of a service that appears to be in desperate need of reform. This type of service really can provide LIFE SAVING INTERVENTIONS ,when delivered correctly.
My historical experience was horrendous. That's why I chimed in. . . . currently, sound
Stay strong . Never forget the fellowship is there when life kicks you in the

Completely useless. In the last 2 months they haven’t delivered my necessary daily, controlled drug 5 times. That I need everyday. It is impossible to speak to a key worker as they always have thier phones switched off. The only reason I gave this 1 star is because I couldn’t give it zero. Completely useless compamy
