Great little shop!! Lots of vegan foods here, including the Taifun Tofu!! Lots of Pukka Tea aswell! Would deffinately reccomend this place! 😀

Very well stocked shop with huge amount of choice. The owner is a qualified nutritionalist and always on hand with expert advice and assistance. They even stock the full range of herbal tinctures which are becoming more difficult to obtain. A great addition to the Hight Street and I support them where I can!

Do not let the size of this shop fool you because it is absolutely packed with abundance! The prices are great, the people are simply marvelous, even if you just want a quality lip balm stop in and I promise you won't be disappointed. They also have the best priced goji berries that have wonderful flavor and are not dried out...to often have I bought pebbles for a berry online that were way over priced. I really enjoy natural products and my little crunchy girl snacks, so to me, this place is a gem in cowes iow.

Very helpful owner and staff, good stock of vegan food. I did an intolerance test there this week and the results have helped me eliminate my symptoms within three days. Very happy!
