Great customer service, very friendly and efficient reception. Parisha is a top, kind, friendly and professional dentist. I have enjoyed seeing her to meet the demands of my plan. I an a very nervous patient and dreaded having 4 teeth removed.. The dentist was very kind and let my partner stay with me to hold my hand, the worst part was the injection..it was all done so quick I was surprised once it was all over.
The receptionist was so kind to me when booking in and leaving. Thank you all so much.
The only thing I would say would be the dental nurse could have a better chair side maner 😷😁😂 thanks again .

After a few years of not seeing a dental hygienist I made an appointment with Karen Innes.
What an asset to the practice; Karen was friendly, professional and informative, willing to answer any questions put to her - and humorous.
Every procedure was explained and done with gentleness and care - and not rushed.
Gave lots of advice re oral hygiene and encouragement to continue with my oral care.

Horrible experience! I've had 18 months of appointments cancelled at last minute. Arrived and the dentist was running very late and in the waiting room, the receptionist allowed a woman to ignore her 3 children while looking at her phone to the point one child started picking up his chair and banging it up and down. I asked her to stop it and her and her friend were very aggressive saying the child had special needs. Reception did nothing, so I waited in a different area. As far as I can see, it's total chaos here.

I was very impressed with the level of dentistry I received. The dentist was thorough and set referrals to other parties quickly without hesitation. My fillings were beautifully done and the standard of care and professionalism was excellent! Very pleased with the treatment I received!

Dentist - Jonathan was top notch = made me feel comfortable and explained every step to put me at ease.
Reception - Polite but 3 staff seemed more interested in their screens than welcoming me and did not communicate what they were doing or acknowledge waiting patients even to say 'I'Il be with you shortly' This did not make me feel welcome or relaxed before my treatment.
Not quite what you would expect as the face of Damira dentistry.

I saw Karen Innes the hygienist, absolutely fantastic, teeth cleaned lovely, she was very gentle and did an amazing job. Really friendly. Highly recommend her. Reception staff also lovely and helpful. Good service

What a lovely dentist. I was extremely nervous as I haven't been to the dentist for 15 years but they were so kind and accommodating. I can't recommend them enough and feel happy to go back in 6 months. Anyone dentist phobic, this is the place to go.
