Alison takes time to understand the history of the specific issue but also any other potential contributing factors from injury or life history. Through both hands-on manipulation and a series of exercises, Alison has identified weaknesses and what I need to do to strengthen areas to address these. Would recommend!

Can’t recommend Montagu enough. After a tough injury, and lost hope. Alison made it very bearable, with a brilliant long-term plan, and plenty of reassurance whenever needed! Couldn’t have asked for anymore from both Alison, and Julie. Service was brilliant. Can’t thank them enough.

Friendly and intimate venue, very prompt appointment. Received excellent care / hands-on therapy from Alex. Only negative comment is the strong smell of rubber in the treatment room!

Montagu is a wonderful clinic, I have seen them for various issues over many years and always received fantastic care. Alison is an amazing physio who is able to get to the cause of the problem quickly and then start an effective treatment and exercise program to resolve the issue.
