Our experience of this care agency has been outstanding. They exemplify the best of the term 'carer' - carers who care greatly for their clients.
Our mother has been in need of care for some time and was initially very reluctant but the approach taken by the carers she met, enabled her to accept their support. Over time, she came to enjoy their interactions and company and the varied relationships she formed.
Inevitably, from time to time issues arose but I found they were accepted and changes were made and requests accommodated.
The team has recently supported her through the end of her life. During this difficult time, the patience, gentleness and patient centred care they have offered has been very special. In all circumstances, including some which I consider to be potentially vulnerable, I found they treated my mother with dignity.
They maintained the care support within a small team to enable continuity. This has been despite varying and last minute requests on our part. They have covered day and night shifts to accommodate our requests.
Were I to need carers in the Nottingham area again, I would not hesitate to use this agency.

These are not carers, they are always late, have loads of excuses, but basically DO NOT CARE.
They came to my mums for 1 week and neglected her because they are too busy. 1 week and she didn't even recieve a shower. They have no understanding of dementia.
But they do have lots of excuses.
